Maintenance is the key to providing safe and reliable ground transportation service. Our operations staff is experienced in equipment/fleet maintenance. Inspection logs are reviewed on a daily basis. If any problems are found, they are taken care of immediately. The operations team uses the latest in communication equipment: Nextel two-way radios, cellular phones and Global Positioning Systems to assist our chauffeurs in providing the Worry-Free, On-Time ground transportation service our clients deserve.

Our reservation staff is the best in the business at ensuring that all our clients’ needs are met. The team understands that it is very important not to just take the order, but to listen as well as educate each and every client that is requesting information about our service or making a reservation.
All of our chauffeurs are professionally trained. They are required to complete an extensive training course within 60 days of hire.
The program is taught by Teddy’s management and includes pre-trip inspections, safe driving techniques, emergency procedures, grooming and customer relations. As well, all chauffeurs are required to undergo extensive drug and alcohol testing, and criminal background and DMV checks.
